[gnuwin32 - Help] Noobish question but....

But... i either don't know how to use these under windows, or i can't. So, in gnuwin\bin i see 4 exes. Bison, Flex, Flex+ and M4. I pretty much guessed i need to run these from cmd.exe, but whatever i do they just don't respond. Any help with getting them to run?
