[gnuwin32 - Help] sed 4.2 win32 textmode

I recently upgraded to sed 4.2 from 4.1.5, and have found text mode no longer
works.  When I run sed with -T or --textmode parameters, it spits out the help
screen.  The textmode feature is mentioned towards the bottom of this page:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/sed.htm.

Here is the full text of the command I'm piping text to:
sed -T s/\"//g

Is anyone else experiencing this?
