[gnuwin32 - Help] Crypt( ) with Visual C++

Hi Guys,
I want to use crypt function. Therefore i have just download
the "libgw32c-0.4-src.zip" file from the internet. My IDE is Visual studio 2003.
I dont know how to include this library in my project. Could someone write me
the steps.
