[gnuwin32 - Help] download problem with css file

when i download web pages , using command below:
wget -r -p -np -k http://swdpress.cn/lyah/chapters.htm

i can correctly download css files like 
< link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="sh/Styles/SyntaxHighlighter.css"
>

but can not download the css file like below 
< style type="text/css">
	@import url('reset.css');
	@import url('style.css');
< /style>
