[gnuwin32 - Help] Crypt License

Hi, I'm looking at Crypt 2.2.5 and although a COPYING file is referred to, I
don't seem to be able to find it in any of the downloadable packages.

What is the license on Crypt 2.2.5 and where can I find something referring
to the specific license for the crypt project?
