GunWin32 programs cannot find ..\share

Hi!

I tried several GnuWin32 programs. They fail, because they cannot find 
shared info. The directory /gnuwin32/share does exist, and the files are 
there.

Neither

   set share=/gunwin32/share

does work, nor

   path=%path%;/gunwin32/share

What environment var do I need to define?
