gsl 1.8 hasn't been updated for 4 years.

Hi, all:

I'd love to use gsl under windows. gnuwin32 seems to be a very good choice.
But, I found gsl is quite old and there is only a version of 1.8 created in
2006,
at http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gsl.htm

version 1.14 (please refer to http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/ )

I'm wondering will gnuwin32 developers help to afford a windows based gsl of
version 1.14 at convenience?
