[gnuwin32 - Help] RE: patch not working in Vista

You have to touch the file to apply it immediately. So if you create a manifest
like patch.exe.manifest:
touch patch.exe

You'll need three manifests for gnuwin32 utils,
patch.exe.manifest
install.exe.manifest
install-info.exe.manifest
