[gnuwin32 - Help] RE: download only contains documentation

Do not click on "View all files," since this will try to show all files from
GnuWin, which may take a very long time. Instead, scroll down a few lines, and
open the latest subdirectory (1.1.14-1) where you'll find a *-bin.zip, which
contains the executable.
