grep search with filename pattern include '*'

Hi all,

When I use grep 2.5.4 from Gnuwin32, I can do

grep xxx *.txt

But when I build grep 2.5.4 myself, I cannot do

grep xxx *.txt

or

grep xxx \*.txt

Grep report error, 'No such file or directory'.

But I can not see there have difference in Gnuwin32 source with gnu source.
