[newbie] How to use autoconf from GnuWin32?

Hi there,

How can I run autoconf from cmd.exe (Windows XP)
installed with autoconf-2.63-setup.exe
from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/files/autoconf/2.63/

That means which tools I need also from GnuWin32 ... is there a GnuWin32 
compatible bash?
