Hi Rene

It's a pitty you have to watch the old 98-looks. One last thing
to try. Download the Wallpaperchanger from the files/gui section,
add a frame to the xupdown event on line 241 (maybe you need a
magnifying glass to see the updown button) and make an EXE.
How does that xupdown behave with standard compatibility settings??
If it's still misplaced after clicking then I give up.
