Updated the upload to "owner_quickmenu_v3.zip"

Main reason is that it changed the menu metrics without restoring it.
I added "Set MNMetric RESET" to xOnClose but that's not full proof
if you use your own settings or a preset.
Perhaps someone can give a hint on where to look for the metrics
so I can restore it properly.

In the script I removed the "FULL" flag at the first xMenu line.
It was in for the first version because I wanted to simulate
a quickmenu layout. But in W2K it didn't work anyway.

Adapted the colors a bit for WXP and corrected some typos at
the introduction and comments.
