Thanks! For now I added something to one of my dll's for the EXT, NOEXT problem. I only have to always add three arguments so for the original option like; extract var NOEXT extract var EXT newvar I have to enter; mydll.uextract $var NOEXT var mydll.uextract $var EXT newvar But for future scripts it would be much easier to use the original Gui4Cli command. At first, I returned the vars from the dll as e.g.; "mygui.newvar" but had problems with local variables in xRoutines. I was surprised that after I simply returned "newvar", the string was seen locally within xRoutines. Very good :-) Chris --- In [email protected], Dimitris Keletsekis <gui4cli@...> wrote: > > Hi Chris, > > I put little red stars next to the 2 emails in my gmail account and when I > delve into the code again I'll try to fix/add them :-) > > All the best, > Dimitris > > > On Thu, Mar 31, 2011 at 2:52 PM, chris.kevany <chris.kevany@...>wrote: > > > > > > > Hi Dimitris, > > > > I post this separately to prevent confusion, but should you > > plan a new version, I have the following requist. > > > > In most any situation I can find a function in Gui4Cli that can > > solve my problem but sometimes things would be much easier > > if the "For" loop had also the count down option.
