Re: Parsevar question

Thank you all all for the quick replies and the demo program.

I am using an Open Source program for setting a timetable. The result  is then exported as csv. If I "Parsevar" directly from the Open Source program I do not have a problem because this program exports all fields with quotes.

If the file is manipulted in Excel and one uses the Save as csv option the delimited file is saved without quotes. This was the original problem. If it is not necessary to manipulate no problem. So Excel is the "problem" here.

I think I will be able to solve the problem with all the ideas and suggestions from the group.
