Hi Jack, Thanks for your suggestions! Because my main Gui4Cli develop environment is still on XP and I have no problems there, I think it's entirely a Windows 7 (in)compatibility problem. It seems that MS is less and less interrested in backwards compatibility when releasing new OS'. I'll take a look into "Pelles C". With the old Borland C compiler, compiling and linking is a integrated single process so I'm not very familiar with "make" files and all that stuff. Yes, currently some functions in my dll's create variables during the startup procedure. This may also be part of the problems.
