Just had a look at the source and it seems that the SMTP interface
wasn't implemented by the author of cURL.dll.

For example, it would need to recognise these options:
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html#SMTP

Other changes would be likely, also.

Looked like a good option until I noticed that.
