Hi Joseph, The most likely, is that Gui4Cli wasn't installed correctly. The installer will copy all the utility guis to the Gui4Cli directory and create the initial setup so it knows where to find them. The easiest would be to re-install it. You can download the full installer-driven copy from the website.
