Hi Chris,
 

 Right now I'm tearing my hair out (what's left of it) trying to play "Calm after the storm".
 I've zipped it and attached it so maybe you could try to play it with your MCI player.
 I'm curious if you are able to get it played.
 I've checked the FFDShow and all settings seem fine. I changed decoder from
 libavcodec to libmad but that did not change anything. Besides, I don't trust the name
 libMAD.
 I still think that MCI is responsible but I don't know how to make ik work so I will
 continue to remove the tags when necessary.
