Hi Chris,

I use the MAX_PATH constant to reserve buffers for file names. This is
defined in the windows API as 260 characters. Its what explorer uses.

There is some argument over this however - see here (I haven't read it
fully)

I may change MAX_PATH to be the same as the buffer size...
