Inno Setup 3.0.6 released

Inno Setup 3.0.6 has been released, and is now the official "release" 
version of Inno Setup, supplanting 2.0.19.

It's important to note that in addition to adding new features and 
enhancing existing ones, Inno Setup 3 also removes a few legacy 
features, such as the Classic wizard style and support for Windows NT 
3.51, in order to keep code size and complexity to a minimum. Also, some 
directives, parameters, and flags have been replaced by new ones. Be 
sure to check the Revision History if you encounter any compilation 
errors.
