This old email came up in a search, and it struck me how much more confident I am in Zune now than I used to be. I have used it constantly, mostly for podcasts, have dropped it many times, and have had absolutely no problems since v 3.0. And never once have I had to touch that nasty itunes stuff. I don't use Microsoft's marketplace either, usually I use Amazon, but don't really buy much new music anymore, there is too much free stuff available and not enough hours in the day anyway. So that's one good thing MS has done in the past few years.
