VS2010 is becoming a „Vista Studio“ fiasco.

Done, and most definitely seconded.

I must admit we've been so deep in it trying to find workarounds for all the
breakages in the VS2010 automation interfaces (most of them as a result of
the introduction of the WPF based editor) that we'd not noticed this one. It
sounds like the same story as the C++/CLI intellisense fiasco - trying to do
too much in a single release with no backup plan for if it doesn't go to
schedule.

* There's a good summary at http://msmvps.com/blogs/carlosq/. <http://msmvps.com/blogs/carlosq/>  Suffice it to
say that there are a lot of breakages in this version.

Just another good reason to stick with VS2008 for now, I suspect. I imagine
that the "10 is the new 6" slogan MS were touting around a while back is
well and truly deprecated now.

Cheers,

Anna
