Downloading Multipart Products from Microsoft

MS just published a SharePoint 2010 VHD image in 14x700MB RAR chunks.
Anyone know of a way to automate the download process here?  The browser
will only allow two segments at a time, and I'd rather not sit here for
the next 9 hours pressing new buttons.
