I have the "DownloadThemAll!" extension, but it doesn't seem work on that kind of page (where every download is an individual button is a <button> element with a click handler that executes some javascript.

FireFox has a built-in download manager. I'm also partial to Free Download Manager: [1] which works with pretty much any browser.
