I doubt you will find one then unless you go with a virtual server host
which is more expensive than a shared hosting environment.

i'm using discountasp for my webhosting.  they're great, but i can't
install a 3rd party app that i need for my website.  is there another
web hosting site that allows this that is as good as discount asp?  i'm
also running sql server 2008..
