Announcing jj5-win

Some of you might be interested in this.

I finally got around to documenting my jj5-win project. The jj5-win
project is my Windows utility scripts project. At the moment there are
two utilities but in the future hopefully many more. The current
utilities are:

* simchar: a script to find characters that look and sound distinct from
other characters and that are unlikely to be confused with each other.
Hopefully using such a character set for 'IDs' or 'codes' generated by
my software will lead to less mistakes and confusion and thereby
increase the productivity of my users. This is a work in progress.

* delfiles: a script to delete all the files from a folder but to leave
the directory structure itself in tact. Use with care, it deletes files!
