You can either email me the software and I will commit it for you, or
you can register [1] at ProgClub (thereby accepting the terms and
conditions [2]) and then you can check it in yourself.

The only thing you need to do now is pick an open-source software
license. I'd recommend either the New BSD or MIT license.
