I'm afraid not. When I last used Emacs for C++ on a regular basis, the
available tools were pretty primitive. I vaguely remember that C++-mode
would work with some external program that would index symbols, but I
imagine that this is more sophisticated now -- and in any event, you can
internet-search for this kind of stuff as well as I can. :)
