I know English is not your first language which makes you at least one language better than me, since English is my first and only language.   

 But still, it would be helpful if you try to write a bit more about what you are are trying to do.  Sometimes I am able to take a lucky guess, like this time where I  guessed you were interested in whether the key state was locked down which MS technically calls "toggled".  
 

 But I'd be able to guess better if you wrote more, even if the English is not perfect.
 

 How about writing a detailed description in  in Italian and then using google translate to post the english?
