OK, that rings a bell. There is an exchange about this Jan - Jun 2013 and the fix for the problems discussed there was in 5.3.08 released June 2013. It has 1.0.0.4 of pprctx4 to fix issues with *format in context menus, but only claims they are fixed for 64 bit windows. I could not find any intermediate versions of pproctx. I am pretty sure that 1.0.0.2 and 1.0.0.3 were broken, alpha versions used to fix the issued discussed in the jan-june 2013 exchange. What version of Windows are you running? All I can suggest is I recompile the source code for the dll which works in 64 bit version to target 32 bit version. I've changed compilers since then so perhaps that will help. But I would not get my hopes up.
