OK, I uploaded directly to files area PProctx 1004b V14 compiler.dll
Download it to your ppro exe folder but do not rename yet. Do however take a backup of existing pproctx in that folder.
It's tricky to install the pproctx.dll since you need to unload the existing pproctx from memory; shutting down ppro is not enough because the dll is actually loaded by explorer.
I am assuming you have 1001 installed and sort of working, so I recommend leaving the context menu support installed and just swapping the pproctx files.
Here is what I suggest (to repeat, do NOT uninstall ctx menu support assuming it is installed now):
1. Shut down powerpro and any other program with an open window.
2. Restart explorer as by ctrl-shift-right click on taskbar and selecting exit explorer from resulting menu at bottom.
Windows might automatically restart explorer, but if for some reason it does not, ctrl-alt- del and start task manager, click file menu, select run a new task, enter explorer.exe as task to run.
Before shutting down explorer, I recommend that you try to start explorer from task manager to make sure you understand how to use task manager to start explorer. When I tested, I DID have to manually restart this way.
3. Rename existing pproctx.dll to eg pproctx 1001.dllbak. Then rename the downloaded file to pproctx.dll.
4. Repeat step 2 to restart explorer again but this time with new pproctx file in place.
5. Restart powerpro.
Let me know what happens. I do have another compiler which I can try if the new one sort of works, although there would be no point if it does not work at all.
If you are uncomfortable with restarting explorer as per step 2, then instead remove ppro from startup and restart Windows. See here

Note: if it does not work, follow the same instructions to swap new and old one again to fall back to old one.
