Glad it helped. FWIW, you may not actually need the shortcut; the file.exec64 command may work if applied direction to a cmd file.

 exec64 was originally created because shortcuts to 64 bit exe's did not work reliably from powerpro, it being a a 32 bit process.  The 64 bit exe file itself CAN be started from powerpro,   But it seems that is not true for non-GUI exe's, so you need exec64 for them.  But, perhaps you do not need the shortcut to the cmd.
