Hello Bruce, 

 I chose another approach. I installed Powerpro 37h in a virtual machine Windows 10 Enterprise (1703) like you asked me to do.
 

 Starting powerpro always displays the follwoing message in a debug window:
 " 00000 464203 failed to load pprogdix  0 0 0 0 Wed Aug 16 07:07:26 2017"
 

 I will do some further tests later.
