 Can you confirm that you downloaded the latest 37h with the exe dated 0817 modify date?  If you are not sure, please download again.
 
 Do you know if short path names are de-activated on your machine?  
 

 I'd like to understand the error, so if you have time for to provide more results, that would be great.  Whenever it is convenient for you.
 

 It would be very helpful to have an image of the whole debug window to see the series of messages. Please use screen capture to get image and upload that image to files area on Yahoo.  Please use the normal install into a program files(x86) folder.   
 

  PowerPro is supposed to try a series of file names and I would like to see that it does and to confirm which ones the message applies to.   I need the image of the whole debug output for that.  The debug version of 37h I sent tries a wrong fullpath filename first just to show the error message, then the long fullpath filename, the short fullpath filename, and the filename only.
 

 The plugins folder is located under the exe folder so perhaps it has the same access issues leading to clip issue.
 

 Could you also try the 35r debug version uploaded to files folder?  I'd like to see which version of the file names work.  Again, please upload image of debug window.
 

 I thought it might be an issue with short path names, but then why would 35r work?
