Clipboard and customfolders Open/Save dialog box navigation questions for Windows 10

Hello,

I was using PowerPro fine for years on XP.
This year I got Windows 10, 64bit.
Anything special I need to know about PowerPro and Windows 10?

Here's a couple problems I'm having.
I used this customfolders

for many years and that worked fine on XP now does not work on Windows 10.
My goal is to have some folder destination buttons pop up under the Open/Save
dialog boxes so I can instantly jump to any configured Open/Save locations.
Now the buttons show up under the dialog boxes fine, but when I click on them they do nothing.
For example, a button D shows up fine, and I have it set up as {to folder}D:\,
but when I click on it at the Save dialog box nothing happens.

Also I used the GUI control> Track Clips on XP fine, now what happens on Windows 10
is that it only works with a hotkey I have set to bring it up if I first click on the taskbar.
But like if I'm in a text editor it my hotkey will not bring up the clips to choose from.
