One thing to emphasize about my support for win 10.  I only test with pproconf.pcf stored in a separate folder from the exe (and in particular, pproconf.pcf NOT in program files(x86).  Also, I always use UAC. 

 PPro may work with pproconf.pcf in exe folder and UAC disabled, but I don't guarantee it and I won't try to fix issues which only show up in that circumstance.
