How to have hotkey open folder in a new window?

Hi,
I want to have a hotkey I've set up open a new window rather than the hotkey turning the window I'm in
into the window the hotkey points to.

for example, at Edit hot key/ mouse action I have
w+v
command: *Exec
action: ToFolder
enter folder path: D:\

So let's say I'm in a folder C:\

I press Win+V and the window C:\ turns to window D:\ 

Is there a way to set it up so my Win+V will open D:\ in a new window
so that, for example, in this case, my window C:\ stays open too?
