How to execute a DOS command?

I'm trying to execute the DOS shutdown command using *Exec Dos, which I would like to put in Scheduler in order to shutdown the PC at a specific time, but I cannot get it work. In fact I don't even see the CMD prompt window.

Also note that *Shutdown Dialog does work in Windows 10 Pro Creators edition, but it's not what I'm looking for as I want to automate the shutdown process using Scheduler.
