If you use the powerpro scheduler and run the shutdown windows command with noconfirm option, that might work. 

 However, I sometimes experience hanging shutdowns on my Dell desktop with that, so I have reverted to shutdown from start menu since I don't care about scheduling/.  
 

 In your case, the cmd command should also work (but I have not tested).
