I don't understand what you are doing or how this note is related to our previous exchange invoking the matcher. 

 At this point, I think the best I can do is to recommend you review my last note on testingca carefully.  Moving Explorer works on my machine in all the variations of the command and matcher I can think of.  You should do more testing on your machine to understand the issues you are having with your configuration.
