I've switched from Unicode mode in charmap to the "DOS: Western Europe" and "Windows: Western Europe": both give "Bj" for "1/4".
Another slash replacer is ̸ char (Unicode 0x338). It is shown as "Мё".
My OS is Windows7x64Eng.
I can wait for the new version as long as it is necessary.
Yours sincerely,
Vochomurka

If you only use that strange character as a tool tip separator, then it should not matter how it is displayed.
But hold off for a few days on trying that, since if you just want .35, I can do an alpha exe in a day or two, I think.
Do you still have charmap on your machine (you can run from ppro commandline if it is there)? If so, what does ¼ display as in charmap? Note that I'm using western character set in charmap.
