If you are not using the unicode version, make sure you install .35, not .37.
 

Make sure the the way your start powerpro is a shortcut created by the installation program. Make sure the pcf file is not in the exe folder.
 Make sure the pprogdix dll is in the exe folder after install.
 

 If you are not sure of any of the above, reinstall and allow for full installation and select separate folder for pcf.  If your pcf is currently in exe folder, after installation is done, move it to the folder appdata folder used in the install
