Just to add, for really complex text, ou may want to use keys Keys {from c:\path\filename.txt}} as the command so the text can be maintained separately; in that case it also can be much longer than command limit of 530 chars or so. 

 For complex menus, you may find it helpful to use ; include as well, as described in help on ini file format.
