That means your command is not formatted correctly.  PowerPro thinks it is a file you are trying to run, asks the system (ie Windows) to run it, and then the system tell powerpro there is in fact no such file.   

 It would really help me to be more specific if you posted the command text and how you are running that text (eg hot click button key).  In general, I need anything you can provide on the details of what and when powerpro does not what you expect, including when it produces an error message.
