Sorry, I cannot help on this. Too much depends on your key board, its driver, and on the fact that AFAIK the Windows system treats the win key specially. My guess, however, would be that you could not map PPro hot keys to win key reliably. Another possibility, more likely to work: Aren't there shortcuts already built into Windows to do things like locking? Mr Google would know for sure. Also, maybe sending the win key with PPro keys command followed by send other keys which depend on start menu being active might be helpful for somethings you want to do.
