You can try  keys {windown}^+%b{winup}
 

 or
 

 keys {windown}{ctrldown]{shiftdown}{altdown}b{altup}{shifup}{ctrlup}{winup}
 

 whether it will work or not I have no idea.
 

 See help key codes for key strokes for details and to correct any typo errors in above.
 

 Make sure you get them right, especially the second one.  If you get them wrong one of the modifier keys (shift etc) will be stuck down which will lead to strange results from keyboard.  Try tapping the stuck key or Esc or even sign off sign on if that issue persists.
