Trouble with *Exec HotKeys reverse

I have as "*Exec Hotkeys reverse" (windows 10 x64) "c+w+F11". 
 It does not work with New (LL Hook), nor with New 2 (LL Hook new thread).
 It works only with Legacy 2 (Windows hot key), but other keys not works, p.e. "c+w+N".
 
 I also test with "a+c+F11". Idem.
