Looking at this again, maybe you are not trying to do the cmd stuff. In which case, I have no idea what you are asking.   
 

 Please in future supply the following if you want me to answer your posts:
 1.  What you are trying to do.
 

 2.  Why you think the command you are asking about does what you are trying to do.
 

 3.  How you ran the command:   from button, menu, hot key.  Also whether or not it was in a script.  If in a script, the contents of the script should be posted.
 

 4.  The exact contents of all error messages or other unexpected contents.
