Shut down ppro. 
 Take at least one  backup copy of your pcf file and any script files your have (if you use them).
 
 Delete all the ppro pcf and shortcut files from your startup folder and any other shcutos to ppro you use.
 .
 Re-install ppro using the supplied setup.exe and  full install button on its dialogs.  Note where your ppro folder is from the setup dialog,  It will be something like
 

 C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PowerPro
 
 The setup program gives the default folders which should be used in most circumstances.
